Tequila Express
A sweer ride by train that travel to the land of Tequila departuring from the Guadalajara train station every Saturday morning. It's a grand touristic adventure, filled with thrills for the whole family with Mariachi, tequila and beer on board, as well as expert guides who take the time to explain the route and talk about the Hacienda de San Josel Refugio, where Tequila Herradura is manufactured. Once there, guides lead a tour through the museum, showing how Tequila was made by past artisans
On the barranca of Huentitán, you can find the huge Guadalajara Zoo. Besides the excellent view from here, there are 2,000 animals, representing 360 species to be seen and enjoyed. There is an amazing reptile section, two aviaries, a petting zoo, an area to observe nocturnal species, an interactive museum and a roofed auditorium seating 3,500 people.You can walk through the zoo or take the cute train that passes regularly. Stroller rentals, cafes, soda fountains and souvenirs you can have them all!
